These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and okyply ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the okyply website at okyply.net, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, loyalty programs, and any other services offered through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service on okyply, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and okyply.

If you are accessing the okyply platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. okyply is intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use by individual players who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

To register and use the okyply platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gambling. okyply strictly enforces this age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the okyply platform is lawful in your location.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on okyply or any other gaming platform operating under PAGCOR-aligned standards.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be aware of any gambling addiction or problem that would make your participation on the platform harmful to your financial or personal wellbeing.
• Account Integrity: You must not currently hold a suspended, restricted, or closed okyply account.

okyply reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation. Any player who misrepresents their age or eligibility status during registration will have their account immediately terminated and any balance forfeited.

To access real-money gaming services on okyply, you are required to create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. okyply does not permit the use of pseudonyms, nicknames, or incomplete personal information during account registration.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on okyply. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If okyply identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

KYC Verification: okyply is required to verify the identity of all players prior to approving withdrawals and as a condition of continued platform use. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name, or bank statement for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank)
• Selfie with government-issued ID, as may be requested by our verification team

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Edited, cropped, or digitally altered documents will be rejected and may result in account suspension. okyply processes KYC submissions within one to three (1–3) business days. Players will be notified by email of their verification status.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okyply account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okyply strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify okyply immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okyply will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

okyply accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All financial transactions on the okyply platform are denominated in Philippine Peso.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your okyply account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and per account tier. okyply does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which okyply accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified okyply account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed on the same or next business day.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per rolling week, which vary by VIP tier level.
• okyply does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside okyply's control.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).

okyply reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or withdrawals to newly added payment methods. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

okyply offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP-tier-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if their associated wagering requirements are not completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each promotional offer once. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these Terms and constitutes fraud.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each qualifying wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single wager permitted is ₱500 (or the equivalent in applicable game currency) unless a different limit is specified in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• okyply Coin Rewards: okyply Coins earned through the loyalty program are not classified as bonuses but are subject to the Coin redemption terms published on the Coin page.

okyply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, okyply's decision is final. Players who are found to have exploited bonus offers through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on the okyply platform are supplied by third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. okyply does not modify, alter, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels in the okyply game lobby.

Each game on the okyply platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible before or during gameplay. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. okyply accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game round, okyply's policy is to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. If a technical issue results in an incorrect payout being credited, okyply reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly, even if funds have already been credited. Bets placed during a documented system malfunction are not valid and will not be honored.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on okyply are governed by additional sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Where a discrepancy exists between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okyply platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain advantage — any such exploits must be reported to okyply support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the okyply platform's software or security systems
• Abusing the customer support team through threatening, offensive, or harassing communications
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering schemes

okyply is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment — not as a source of income, a means of resolving financial difficulties, or a way to chase previous losses. okyply strongly encourages all players to approach gaming with clear personal limits and a healthy mindset.

Responsible Gaming Tools: All okyply account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your okyply account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days.

All content on the okyply platform — including but not limited to the okyply name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game descriptions, marketing copy, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of okyply or its respective third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okyply platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the okyply platform without prior written consent
• Use the okyply name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without express written authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the okyply platform using automated tools
• Create derivative works based on okyply's proprietary content or software

Game content provided by third-party providers on the okyply platform is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. okyply is licensed to display such content but does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okyply's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified okyply account at the time the claim arose.

okyply shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or okyply had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay, including losses resulting from game outcomes, RNG results, or market outcomes in sports betting
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or promotional materials that are promptly corrected upon discovery

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okyply's liability for death or personal injury caused by okyply's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

okyply reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, okyply will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the okyply platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and contact the okyply support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okyply platform, you agree to first contact the okyply support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. okyply will make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Formal Dispute: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter for resolution through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having proper jurisdiction, or through arbitration as mutually agreed by the parties.

PAGCOR Alignment: okyply aligns its operations with the standards and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe okyply has failed to meet those standards may seek to engage PAGCOR's relevant oversight processes where applicable.
